33. Copies of statutory or regulatory provisions. A party relying on statutory or regulatory provisions other than those set out in the Constitution Act, 1982 (R.S.C. 1985, App. II, No. 44), the Criminal Code (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46), the Canada Evidence Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-5), the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (S.C. 1996, c. 19), the Charter of human rights and freedoms (chapter C-12), the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1), the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2), the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01), shall provide, on request, a relevant extract to the judge and the opposing party.
